How to get the optimization options to start again?

I just installed wordfence and I clicked through the optimization stuff without reading it properly. I thought I needed one set of options but I need the manual one. I haven’t put any code anywhere but I can’t seem to go back and get the option to optimize again because I clicked continue.

I tried restoring the defaults and I still didn’t get the optimize prompt again.

Any ideas?
