Some users only see shortcodes..

  • Hi,

    There may be some conflict somewhere I don’t know.

    I have a Favourites plugin and ratings plugin.
    I have two shortcodes for each in the Ad Code area of In-Post ad.

    Some users said they just see the shortcodes in those areas on the page
    Sometimes the insert doesn’t show on the page unless I refresh a few times.

    See what happens when I refresh the page they insert with shortcodes disappears.

    Can you replace the shortcodes with some text and check if the issue still exists. If its resolved it means the plugins delivering the shortcodes is depending on some javascript code which is misfiring (due to some onload timing issue) and you need to contact the respective plugins to resolve the same.

    Hi,

    I tried by adding some plain text instead of shortcodes.
    Refreshed the page and text displayed, refreshed again text is not appearing.
    Must be a theme or plugin conflict somewhere.

    If you have any caching plugin running do disable that too prevent interference during testing.

    I had the Multiple Ad Networks / A-B Testing set to Primary & Secondary ads.
    Which was wrong.
