WP Offload Media support

Hello.
Can you please clarify do you or do you not support offloading with WP Offload Media?
Here you saying “Yes” but here you saying “No”.It looks like the offloading is not supported. I’m using WP Offload Media + Imagify and I have multiple issues.
1. I’ve optimizied 193 images (about 900mb in total) with “Create WebP” checked. I see WebPs in the upload folder but I had only two in my AWS. Example:

Why is that? My quota was reduced but there are only couple of WebPs offloaded. Example:
