With XDebug enabled, the latest version of Simplelightbox displays PHP errors Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in (...)/wp-content/plugins/simplelightbox/simplelightbox.php on line 476

Setting the Minimal Z-Index in the settings panel to some number seems to solve this.

Also, I can’t seem to get the lightbox overlay to work. Either I get an empty overlay without image, or the image opens directly in the browser without the lightbox, even though in the source everything seems to be here: <div class="mgl-img-container"><a href="https://gutenberg.local/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/IMG_0814-scaled.jpeg" class="simplelightbox" rel="lightbox[225]"><img width="768" height="1024" src="https://gutenberg.local/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/IMG_0814-768x1024.jpeg" class="wp-image-14" alt="" srcset="https://gutenberg.local/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/IMG_0814-768x1024.jpeg 768w loading="lazy" /> </a></div></div>.

Maybe I need to set the ?Source Attribute?? And if so, what is it, or how do I find out what to enter here?

TIA for any insights! I’d really like to use this plugin, as the simplelighbox project looks very, very nice.
