There seems to be something strange about your webhosting setup.
The homepage returns 403 No Access on a normal load (even though the page is then loaded as normal) and it returns a 404 Not Found error when the form is posted to the homepage (and still the page is loaded as normally).

In both cases the server should have returned a 200 ok message instead of those error codes. I’m not sure if this is the direct cause of the issue but it may very well be related.

What hosting software are you using? Some special security plugins installed?

    ?Thanks for letting me know.

    Ok sounds unusual.
The site is hosted with Godaddy, normal Cpanel with Wordfence installed.

Here is a screenshot of the issue you could try turning off wordfence to see if that is related or else contact your hosting provider about this:

Have tried turning off Wordfence and it did not make a difference.
I’ve been able to resolve the 403 error by changing the htaccess file. It looks like the form submits now but it still causes the page to reload and jump back to the top, so not ideal for a clean user experience.

    Hey @alastairmcl,

I just tested the form on your home page and I was redirected based on the exact form location after form submission. Is the issue resolved?
