Clicking icon links does nothing on my site

  • Hi, my site https://www.hypnosisfix.com/ has a really annoying issue.

    If you click on the magnifying glass at the top right of the screen it’s supposed to open a search box but nothing happens. If you click on the Whastapp icon at the bottom left it’s supposed to launch a chat window but nothing happens unless you click on it twice and the second click sends you to a “share via Whatsapp” page.

    The reason this is all so puzzling is that I have another site https://www.1stdrive.com/ which is set up in exactly the same way and the links work fine on there.

    I’ve checked the code using F12 and I can’t see anything different between the two sites. I’ve tried disabling plugins but that didn’t work and I have the same plugins on both sites.

    Any help with fixing this would be greatly appreciated!

    search doesn’t work for me on both sites, whatsapp button however does, it opens a chat window on hover. No need to click.

    Both site seem to have minified the css and js code. Can you disable any plugin that does any code minification. Also delete any cache by a plugin, and deactivate any such plugin as well. You may have to clear your browser cache when testing this, or use another browser.
