domain mapped image paths

domain mapping pretty much works for most things, but I am noticing some discrepancies in the path to certain files and in the snippet previews.

I am using a network install, i have the network path: https://mappeddomain.com pointing to: https://networkdomain/subblog/

normally the paths to images show https://mappeddomain.com/path-to-image however in the schema ect its pointing to https://networkdomain/subblog/path-to-image

something similar is having in the previews as well for the snippets in the guttenberg previews

Looks be an oversight and bug. Minor, but it effects things especially having the wrong image paths.
