2FA for a handful of administrative accounts only

I’ve been experimenting with 2FA options and they’re either underwhelming or expensive. Some offer a single free account while others offer 10 or so. I’m running a straight up blog at this point with no sales or data gathering, so at this time I only want to offer 2FA for my main admin account and my personal account, which also has administrative rights.

Has anyone had success setting up 2FA for free with a few limited accounts? Thanks
