    Is it possible using litespeed web server Without LSCache Plugin and using other cache plugin instead?

    Yes, it is possible. If LSCache Plugin isn’t in use every other Cache Plugin can be used, but you can also use LSCache together with every other Cache Plugin. LSCache is a Server based Cache.

    LSWS is just like any other websever and PHP , you can use any cache plugin as your desire , it’s just LiteSpeed Cache performs best under LSWS.

    if you don’t mind , may I know any reason you don’t want to use LSCWP ?

    LSCache was designed specifically to work with LiteSpeed Web Server, but if you have a particular reason for wanting to use a different cache plugin, that is not a problem. Any cache plugin will work with LiteSpeed Web Server.

    @serpentdriver suggested that you can use LSCache together with other cache plugins, and while that is true, you do have to be careful not to duplicate functions among the various plugins you use. You can learn more about that here.
