I have installed and configured the plugin and can run a transaction, however despite being configured as “Subscription” it appears in Square only as a simple transaction.

The documentation is essentially non-existent on this subject. Please explain in detail how to conduct a transaction using your plug-in that results in a recurring payment entry in Square. Without this feature working as advertised, there is no reason for me to pay for the plugin.

    Hi @copanut,
In the free version of WP Easy Pay, Subscription is not available
If you are using a paid plugin that supports subscription then, You need to open a support ticket.

Yes, of course it’s the paid version. The feature exists and it is selected on the Forms settings page. The transaction appears in Square but does not appear as a subscription / recurring transaction.

I cannot open a support ticket because there is no button on the Support page for opening a ticket.

I don’t mean to be snarky, but the fact that the feature is advertised, but yet totally lacking in documentation (despite the claim of “WE HAVE EXTENSIVE DOCUMENTATION”), the feature doesn’t seem to work, and there is apparently no way to submit a ticket on the Support page, leaves me feeling like I wasted $99 and a bunch of time for nothing.
