Stripe payments not reflecting

I’ve created a form for 2 customers where they can take payments using Stripe. Unfortunately, when the payments go through, the customer details come up as undefined inside Stripe. So the only way to match payments from the site to Stripe is by checking the dates. Which is a complete pain, especially if a refund is ever needed. I contacted support about this in January and nothing back. Have just sent another email there. Without good support a plugin is useless.
