Plugin dosen’t work at all anymore

    Dear,

    Today there was a genuine client on my site, I saw it on Google Analytics adding products to the cart and your plugin doesn’t show it at all.

    There’s really something that screw up totally in the latest release.
    Please review it asap

    Hi @gevcen,

    The cart does not capture in real-time. The cart is considered as abandoned once the time set in the setting “Cart abandoned cut-off time” is reached, and the same cart is displayed as the abandoned under the “Abandoned Orders” tab of our plugin.

    Can you please confirm whether the abandoned cart is listed or not after the time set in the “Cart abandoned cut-off time for guest users” setting is reached?

    Hi,

    I know very well how the plugin works. Yes I confirm that the user (who I saw visiting my site on Google Analytics and added product to cart) never appeared on the list of abandoned cart.

    I won’t be able to give you any data to reproduce it but I really hope you will more carefully test your next releases before deploying them.

    Hi @gevcen,

    This is a bit strange. That cart should have listed on the Abandoned Orders list. None of our other clients come up to us with such an issue.

    However, we will make sure that such a thing should not happen in the next version of our plugin.

    Please let us know if the problem you have mentioned here occurs again.
