Load time increased, showing error in gtmetrix test

This is a follow-up to your previous request #34759 “loading issue, error, makin…”

Hi,
Since long, the issue is still not resolved.

Please find the gtmetrix link..i tried form maker plug in today again. But the same issue coming.

Load time increased. Error coming. See admin ajax error.

Kindly note, i updated form maker plugin to latest version today. I am using form maker pop up form to collect email ids.
