    Hi,

Our site is not showing at GA the Enhanced Ecommerce Tracking data. We’ve tried to change the GA Tracking Code from Universal to the classic one because we read at the Guide that it could give problems and it didn’t solve it either.

    Please, can you help us?

    Thanks!

    Hey @victormyeste,

We looked at your site and observed that the tracking snippet inserted by our plugin is missing on every page.

Please share a screenshot of the plugin’s configuration settings so that we could suggest accordingly.

I’ve deactivated Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js’ because I’ve put the Analytics code with Google Tag Manager.

    Hi, @victormyeste,

FYI, the free version of our plugin is built with gtag.js and does not utilize GTM capabilities for tracking purposes. Therefore please check the “Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js’” option to enable the tracking.

To make our plugin work in conjunction with your GTM, keep only those tags and triggers which do not track the events & activities which our plugin does.

We hope the above lines resolve your query. Feel free to post if you need further support for our plugin.
