Version 3.61.1 displays an error when I click “All Popups” menu item. This is the error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2093064 bytes) in /home/buensalt/mysitedeveloping.com/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2030

I had about 10 popups and when I created one more, this error appeared and I can’t delete or add any more popups.

I assumed it would be fixed with 3.62.1 but it screwed my site everywhere! Totally messed up. I went back to 3.61.1, but it still has this the forementioned error.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @javierorta,

I am terribly sorry for what had happened.
We will need the “System Information” file, in case you have access to your admin panel, may I ask you to send it to me?
It can be retrieved from here:
    https://help.popup-builder.com/en/article/retrieve-the-system-information-file-19wirum/
Moreover, the error that you are experiencing, shows that there can be a memory issue. Could you please try to increase it?

In case you don’t have access to the WP, please let me know so that we can help you accordingly.
I will be here waiting for your answer.

Hi! Thanks for your fast response.

I can’t enter my website with the plugin active. The only way I can enter again is renaming the plugin “popup-builder” folder. So there is no way to obtain my System information.

I agree it’s a memory issue, but my hosting only includes 1GB. I increased it by adding “php_value memory_limit 1024M” to my .htaccess file, and it allowed me to add a couple popups more. But after that it is crashing every time or with 503 error.

SO, my only solution would be to pay for a bigger power hosting? Is your plugin so memory-hogging?

    Thanks!

    Hi @javierorta,

    Thank you for trying.
We have fixed some issues in the version attached to this message.
Our developers had created a task to fix the issue in our upcoming updates.

Please follow these steps so that you won’t have the problem anymore:
    1. Uncheck this option: https://prnt.sc/q9s73n
    2. Delete the free plugin from WP account
    3. Download the new plugin from here: https://we.tl/t-yVCl7vwYiz
    4. And upload it to your WP account

I will be here waiting for your follow up.
