Main Header search button doesn’t click

    We’ve created a site using Consulting (Free) and enabled the Main Header search under Theme Options, which works when entering text and hitting Enter, but clicking the magnifying glass doesn’t submit the form and progress to search results.

    I’ve checked our site’s JQuery and seems to be loaded and working correctly. As far as I can tell when the search button is clicked, the .active class is applied to header-search div, but that isn’t triggering the searchresults page to load.

    I have updated the theme and tried disabling plugins.

    Any help would be appreciated,

    Unfortunately its the default feature of the theme. The search work on click of enter but not work at click of magnifying icon.

    However we can take your request for future version of the themes but the implementation of the particular feature will totally depend upon the number of request we get.

    Thanks Manoj,
    Is there a reason it was designed that way?
    Could you please make a push for it to be implemented, we’ve had several visitors to the site mention it and I’m sure other users of the Consulting theme would have the same issue.
