    Hi Katia,

    This problem may be linked to your server settings. You need to increase your max_input_vars php_value.
    Please try the following:
    1) Open your .htaccess file via FTP;
    2) Add the string php_value max_input_vars 10000 to the top of file;
    3) Save changes.

    If the problem still remains, please contact your hosting provider with the issue.
