issues after updating

I updated the plugin today, and while I am not getting the php errors that others are seeing, it is indeed not working right. Its like the graphic overlays are not implemented and its effecting its ability to work properly. On the dashboard navigation, it shows a 0 instead of the popup graphic. When I see the list of popups, there is not the usual toggle switch for me to enable / or disable, there is just a check box, which does not work. When I go to edit a popup, it does not show the buttons and colored graphics and you cant make your way around it, its like the whole interface was stripped. I can send screenshots if you want.
