I added these terms in the glossary – but when used on a test page, they do not trigger the pop up. They work on the Glossary page: https://wplab.tnotw.com/glossary/

Am I missing a step to get them to work? Ideally, I want every time one of these terms is used, the tooltip can be triggered. I don’t have to have a shortcode ON THE PAGE do I?

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

From what I can see in the source of the page in question, you’ve used the term in the <h4> tag. If you need to parse it in headings (which is not advised generally, as it breaks them with link/span), you can uncheck the checkbox near “Avoid parsing protected tags?” option in Tooltip settings.

I have removed the H4 tag. They still don’t work. I have glossary entries for both those words: https://wplab.tnotw.com/98957-2/

Is this a problem with me using Visual Bakery?

Do I have to write shortcodes or will they appear automatically if I have created glossary entries for them?

    THank you

Unfortunately, Visual Bakery adds the content with it’s own filter (doesn’t use the standard “the_content()” filter, so we only support that in premium versions of our plugin. In Pro/Pro+/Ecommerce it’s a matter of enabling option and the terms appear automatically.

Cool! I will buy the Premium version then. Thank you so much!
