Form submission sometimes posts 4 or more times

    Getting odd intermittent behavior that might or might not be “user error” and may or may not be plugin error: https://www.screencast.com/t/xNEzATgt

    At first I thought it was very likely to be user error, but in talking with a co-worker who normally handles the processing for review (approval, tag them in ActiveCampaign, etc) I’ve learned this has been going on for a while. She’s just been quietly deleting the duplicates.

    Recap: User submits a review on one of our 8+ different review pages (on all unique pages, and tagged with different categories and page id’s) and about half the time, the “submission” creates between 2 and 5 duplicate reviews. The one I demonstrated in the video above posted to the reviews tables four times.

    Hoping you can suggest a course of action, a possible solution or an answer as to why this might be happening.

    Hello,

    This happens because after submitting rich-review form if users refresh the page 2 to 3 times. and it already gives notification of Resending or Cancel it on the refreshing page.
