locked out of wpadmin

Hi,

I deleted a plugin and installed it again (the theme my login plugin) because of one issue it was having and sometimes when I reinstall it fixes problems for this plugin. I did a test login in and after I logged out, I got a strange error. Then I logged in with my admin login, and clicked on the dashboard link. It says the page cannot be found. Over and over again, it keeps giving me the same 404 error.

Help! I cannot access the admin area and not sure how to fix this. Any advice or idea about what could be happening and how to fix this?
