Plugin doesn’t show up as need updating

I released a new version of Courier (https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/courier/) a really long time ago, but for some reason the plugin is not showing up in the admin panel as needing an update. The stable tag and the release tag match, and I can’t figure out what’s wrong.
