Save post = clear caches from all post in category

    I would like the cache for specific posts to be for X seconds (7 days)

    Problem:
    In my opinion, saving another post from the same category (I tested this way) = deletes the cache of posts from this category.

    I don’t want to like that. I want delete only the cache for specyfic post and not delete others caches.

    Hi,

    Are you sure you have unchecked all of them ? from report I don’t see them unchecked.

    by uncheck “all pages with recent post widget” should address this issue as workaround.

    This is known issue , and we have in to-do list for improvement.

    May you please paste a screenshot? I do not know what you mean by “uncheck”.

    Where should I do that? In Settings / media? All should be set to OFF?

    Now i switch to wp-rocket beacouse load on serwer was to high (but i wont LS)

    Hi,

    few minutes I just checked it was “checked” for all those options.

    You can also enable debug log as this example to get the purge tag.

    Last time I debugged similar issue that was caused by “recent post widget” , enable ESI for recent widget would help , but that is not the case of OpenLiteSpeed.

    You will need Quic Cloud to get ESI , or please wait for new release to contain the fix.

    2 hours ago I debugged the problem for a while. And I confirm that there is probably something wrong with this variable because was a lot calls

    purge class:
    public static function purge_post ($ id)

    serialized example of $purge_tags:

    Chkbx was unchecked (see att above)but something was wrong. Now editors need do their jobs so i installed wp-rocket.

    Yes, that’s what I mean for “recent post widget”

    This issue will be fixed in new release , or you can also use https://quic.cloud to get ESI feature to address it.
