    Hi
Your plugin underwent a major update it seems and is being renamed. It is asking me to re-authenticate, but this time asking for access to lots of my personal information on Google.

    • Edit Google Analytics management entities
    • View and manage your Google Analytics data
    • View your AdSense data
    • View and manage Search Console data for your verified sites
    • Associate you with your personal info on Google
    • See your personal info, including any personal info you’ve made publicly available
    • View your email address

Why? and can I authenticate without giving away all this private information? I do not see the purpose that you need my info? I will uninstall this plugin and find another if this is not resolved.

Thanks, but Nope! I’m not convinced that your plugin needs to view my email or other personal information. An API provides a method of communication between the site and Google Analytics that doesn’t need all that. Unless you provide a version that allows me to untick that info, I’m switching to another plugin. Your answer doesn’t explain the need to gain access to personal info. There are data protection issues here, you clearly do not understand.
