Published Post Deleted by Deleting Old Draft?

Help! I’m blogging while traveling. I published yesterday’s post just fine. But in the meantime I deleted an older draft of the post (only two blocks). Now the published post has been updated to only show the two blocks. Have I lost all the work (probably 25 blocks of writing and images)? I couldn’t find anything in trash. What do I do now? Thanks for your help.
