add slide doesn’t work

Looks like the WP media library modules aren’t loading in.

First thing I would try is to make sure MetaSlider installed correctly. You can delete it and install it again without worry of losing data.

If still no change, can you try to disable all other plugins and see if everything works?

I did the installation again and still doesn’t work. I deactived all plugin and still didn’t work.

What can I do?

Can you install WordPress again? You might want to make a backup before doing so.

You can do so with our other plugin UpdraftPlus.

I’ll try to see if there’s another way to debug the issue but if that module isn’t loading then I’m not sure what’s stopping it. Typically it would be another plugin.

I did another installation of wordpress and started to install the metaslider plugin and then the theme and the other plugins. So far so good, it work fine.
