Product Images Do Not Display

    I have a WooCommerce shop with OceanWP. After updating my plgings I fund many issues on my website:

    1. When clicking on products to view them, there is supposed to be a large picture on the left hand side of the screen of the product, which is now missing.

    2.When the quick view of a product is clicked on, it comes up with error [elementor-template id= 22971]

    3.At the bottom of the product pages, the ratings of the product interfere with the comments people have left about the product.

    4.One of my biggest problems is that two of the plug ins cannot even be activated. When I activate the Elementor Pro plug in, the website completely malfunctions and the WP to Twitter plug in does not even activate at all.

  • Hello,

    Since you have created your product page with Elementor Pro, have you reached the plugin support and the same for the plugin activation? I don’t think it is related to the oceanwp theme.
    For the quick view, have you edited the file of added custom code to modify the quick view?

    Thank you for your reply. Problems number 3 & 4 are solved, i’m stuck with 1 & 2.

    For quick view yes i added custom code:

    .owp-quick-view{opacity:1 !important;visibility: visible!important;width:60%;margin-left:20%;background-color: rgba(255,255, 255, 0.34);color: #000;border-radius: 5px;margin-bottom: -3px;}

    but this part of code is not effect the error: [elementor-template id= 22971]
