[Feature Request] Plugins for Administrators only

    Some plugins i want only to be enabled (enqueued/loaded) only when current user is administrator otherwise disabled (not enqueued/loaded).

    Current options allows for Admin Page Filter but some plugins i need on frontend also but only for me (administrator) although those plugins might not be doing anything for non-admin but than we cannot be sure hence this plugin & this option.

    WordPress does not yet have a login status when loading (filtering) a plugin.
    Therefore, it is not possible to filter plug-ins by judging the authority of the login user.
