    I am using the Education theme from Eduma on Themeforest and am very pleased with the plugin and their service. They almost always reply within a 24-hour period, and are straight to the point with the answer(s) I need. The only time they took a few extra days was due to my question being within the week of Lunar New Year, so understandably they weren’t able to reply as quickly.

    Overall, they provide an excellent service and take care of their customers. I highly recommend them!
