Broken Permalinks except in the default structure !

I have really strange issue , somehow i can’t access any of my site links so far , so i went after the Permalinks , changed it to the default which worked , so i tried to change it back to what it was and thats did not work – yet – .

I remove .htaccess file and recreate it again , thats also didn’t work !
