Your account has been deleted

My client received an email to say his account has been deleted. One I have no idea how it was as no one says they have done so and they didn’t want it to. Secondly, where does the email wording get formatted “Your account has been deleted. All your personal details and any uploads have been permanently removed. ..”

If you are not running the latest version, you may want to consider updating.
