No support for paying customers

  • Really good, especially if you hate WPML, but if you run into issues support is nonexistent – independently if you paid for the plugin or use it for free. I feel cheated and I would like my money back. I guess I won’t be seeing it neither…

    Sorry for the bad experience you’ve had with our support. I know you asked for help on the free version forums and we did try to answer, but couldn’t find a solution for you.

    As for the paid version, if the plugin didn’t work for you, please ask for a refund. We do issue refunds in cases where the plugin just didn’t work with your setup.

    I personally couldn’t find any ticket with your name on it in our system, so either it didn’t reach us for some reason, or you opened it under a different name.

    We try to make our plugin compatible with as many plugins as possible, but sometimes it takes longer or is just not possible without certain changes to the other plugin.
