Modify parameter value before import

I am trying to get this value, change it to YYY and then import it as a variation

We have an article on using PHP functions to do things like that here: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/advanced/execute-php/. For your particular example, this would work:

[str_replace("XXX","YYY",{size[1]/@name})]

As for importing variations, please see this guide: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/woocommerce/variable-products/.
