Experiencing some Ninja Form and Add On issues

Hi,

we are re-designing a website that has 10 ninja forms.
Lately we’ve noticed that if we try to Edit a form (for instance, changing the Admin Email who gets the submissions), the Screen says Action Updated, but the change is not stored correctly – still showing the old email.

Ninja Forms version: Version 3.4.23

The WP also has installed:
Ninja Forms – Layout & Styles (Version 1.2)
Ninja Forms – File Uploads (Version 3.0.20)
And we’re unable to upgrade those (it says Unauthorized).

Just FYI, we’re developing this on a staging environment (i.e. not the live domain/env).
