Not exporting name to Mailchimp

    I’m running BuddyBoss on my site and have set up WP Fusion to send a user’s email, first name, and last name to Mailchimp when they register on my site. It sends the email address correctly, but does not send anything in the first and last name fields even though they are populated in the database. Looking at the WP Fusion logs, it seems to think the fields are blank.

    How can I get this working?

    Hey @nerdforge ,

    You could try enabling “Push All” from the General tab in the WP Fusion settings. That might help it sync.

    But with the Lite version we only guarantee support with WordPress “core”. I.e. if you add a user via Users >> Add New in the admin, you will see the name synced over correctly.

    The full version of WP Fusion supports 70+ plugins including BuddyBoss, and the sync of the name fields as well as any custom fields is automatic.

    You’re a star, thank you so much! That fixed it.

    I have very basic needs at this point, but if that ever changes, I will definitely consider getting the full version.
