Show blog page on breadcrumbs without having a blog static page

You or your developer can use the wpseo_breadcrumb_links filter to customize this feature and append a blog page when not using a static page.

I could create a new issue, but it’s easier to reference the question/answer already giving in the same post.

I tried adding the yoast_seo_breadcrumb_append_link.php into a Snippet and it had zero effect. I too would like the blog title in breadcrumbs without having to make the blog page static (because it removes all my layout formatting from Elementor).

I’ve been searching for this answer for two days and keep landing on pages like this where it’s shut down and more isn’t discussed. Please help!
