Add new link button was not working in 2.8.4. Changed post-links-js.php line:2
from:
require_once(dirname(__FILE__).’/../../../wp-config.php’);
to:
require_once(dirname(__FILE__).’/../../../wp-load.php’);
require_once(dirname(__FILE__).’/../../../wp-admin/admin.php’)
