Clickable Header Logo Image

    I would like the header logo image to be clickable. I was digging through the header.php file, but I’m not familiar with PHP. I know how to write a basic . But I’m not sure where to put it. Perhaps this must be done with PHP instead of HTML. Any help is much appreciated.
