Page with Gallery by Supsystic disappeared

    A gallery created with Gallery by Supsystics disappeared.
    It is not visible at its place, instead, I see this message [supsystic-gallery id=’1′]
    I can not see the plugin in the menu either. I tried to download the plugin again and a message said that it was already present, however I can not see it.
    Please help.

    As far as we can see – your theme in this place perceives the shortcode as text.
    Try to switch temporarily to standard WordPress theme.
    Afterwards let us know about the result.
    You can also write in support of the theme used on your site.
