I can’t change text for the Request Quote button on Checkout

    Hi!
    My website isn’t in English and I just can’t change the text of that last button on checkout (Request Quote) to something else like “Solicitar Or?amento”. Every time I reload the page the last checkout section reloads and them it goes “Request Quote” again.

    I’ve tried using TranslatePress plugin and messing with custom JS (I don’t know PHP, so I didn’t try messing with the files).

    That’s the only part I couldn’t get in Portuguese on the entire website.

    i had the same problem, in most cases in chrome use right click and inspect element.then go to the file in host and edit.

    by the way for your current case go wp-content/plugins/quotes-for-woocommerce/class-quotes-wc.php
    replace line 246 with your custom text.

    Hi,

    @brenaoxline – The field label should be available for translation. Can you please let me know which plugin are you currently using to translate the site? I tested with WPML and I’m able to see the translated text on the Checkout page https://www.screencast.com/t/QB51JvuB5ILU

    The base language of the site where this was tested is English & French is the secondary language.

    The plugin also includes a .pot file which should help you translate.

    @hmisland: The line which you’ve pointed to will help you translate the text for the Request Quote button which is displayed on the Shop and Product Pages. The Request Quote button on the Checkout page comes from quotes-for-woocommerce/includes/class-quotes-payment-gateway.php
