    We’ve created an additional marketing flag, so we know have….

    Professional
    Medium Let
    Student

    We’d like to map the Marketing Flag custom field to Rightmove’s “Type of Let” field.

    However in PropertyHive > Settings > Real-Time Feed

    The Marketing Flag custom field is not available in the Custom Field Mapping section.

    Is it possible to enable this field so we can map it across?

    Or some other workaround?

    Thanks for getting in touch. Just to clarify, in the feed to Rightmove there isn’t a ‘Type Of Let’ field which has them values in.

    There is ‘Let Type’ which can be ‘Long term’ or ‘Short term’ only, and there is a ‘student_property’ field which can be true or false.

    As such, there is no way to specify a property is medium let or professional-only (but I guess properties sent with ‘student_property’ as false are presumed to be professional). But really it’s just this ‘Medium Let’ one that I’m unsure on. Do you want this sent as ‘Short Term’ or ‘Long Term’.

    Any questions regarding the above just let me know. Once I know your answers I can put together the necessary amends.

    Hi thanks for coming back to me.

    so we’d like to map them as….

    Professional > Long term

    Medium Let > Short term

    Student > student_property = true

    If the last one is not poss then happy to leave. It’s the Long term and Short term that’s most important.
