Billing/Shipping address in orders showing zip and state reversed

    All of a sudden the zip code and state are showing up in reverse order on our online orders. We still have the problem that anyone that buys online must enter a Line 2 in the address even if they don’t have a suite or apt #, but now the last line shows up as
    City Zip, State instead of City State, Zip. This really causes us a problem with pulling it into our accounting and shipping system.
    What is going on here? Everything worked fine 6 months ago, but suddenly everything seems to stop working. We can’t sync products with mutliple attributes like we could before, out customers are frustrated with this ‘Line 2’ requirement, and now this?

    PLEASE SOMEONE FIX THIS PLUGIN.

    I did some troublshooting and found it was a plugin that was causing the issue. Its not something you see on the website, its on the backend when I look at an order as an admin.
