Unable to submit forms using WPForms

Seeking help regarding a problem faced while implementing WPForms lite. Here is the form: https://mankaryouth.com/join-now/.

I am unable to submit form successfully and not receiving the confirmation message on the screen. So, not receiving records on the email as well. Out of 5 times, I have successfully submitted 2 times. I have tried by removing Google Captcha feature without success. Also flushed cache on the website as well as tried incognito mode on Chrome browser.
