Activation email

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately it’s not working. With this plugins i just can disable the registration mail but not the activation mail. Do you have another solution?

The user activation email should be disabled by these options:

P.S. The registration and the activation emails are WordPress core emails, so there is no way to manage those from wpForo. wpForo doesn’t send any email, all those are sent by WordPress.

Yes i tried this plugin and also this setting.

For me id doesn’t look like a WordPress email.

Hmmm… what is this? This is not WordPress email and this is not wpForo email. You’re searching support in incorrect place. I think you have some Profile builder or membership plugin which does this, you should find it by disabling all plugins and activating those one by one. Once you find the plugin which sends this email please let us know too.

After testing all plugins, I’d also recommend to test the active theme, maybe this is the theme email. You should switch to some default theme to see that. But I hope the disabling of other plugins (not wpForo) will let you find the sender plugin.

oh i’m so sorry. Thank for your help. I will check the other plugins.

I think this can be a core WordPress user activation email, however it’s changed by some plugin, the template was modified for sure.

I’d also recommend use this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/disable-emails/

In any case all those emails go through WordPress system and there should be a filter hook to disable. e’ll look deeper in WordPress core and add options in wpForo do disable those emails using hooks. We’ll release wpForo update with such options very soon.
