beware the annual auto-renewal fee
-
a few issues with this plugin:
1) neither the free nor paid versions are as simple to setup as the developer implies. the installation is a multistep process that has several “nuances” where buttons must be clicked twice and “if this/then that” scenarios. i finally got the free version working for a bit, abut when i upgraded to the paid version things went downhill. could never get attachments to link and ordering the sheet columns was a mess. i didn’t submit a support ticket so i can’t speak to that, but any plugin that requires help to install is a bad sign.
2) there is no mention of the “default” yearly auto-renew fee in the promotional copy. i only realized that the fee existed after paying the purchase price. charging for support is one thing. charging for updates is unacceptable.
3) the money back guarantee is only for cases where support cannot fix an issue. if you purchase and find it conflicts with another plugin, or simply doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re out of luck. it is NOT a 10-day trial.there are other plugins that do this job for free and while they may not include all the bells and whistles, they worked out of the box and cost me nothing.
