    Hi.
When I enable pay per session PayPal, the videocall goes blank. Is there any fix to this?
    Thanks.

    Hi,

Thank you for the fast response. What I did is I enable the Paypal pay-per-session in the settings. Then I checked again in videochat, it displays “For 10$”, clicked the Let’s talk button, then a pop-up showed up but there’s no videochat. But when I disable the pay-per-session, it works fine.
My OS is Windows while I use Chrome browser.

    Thanks.

    Hello,
We have two payment flows: in-text-chat payment and pre-videochat-payment.
You’ve used the pre-videochat payment and it works as follows:
    1. Client hits the “Let’s talk” button.
    2. Agent receives a paid-call notification stating he needs needs to approve the call.
    3. Once the agent approves, the clients starts paying and the agent sees a message that the client is paying.
    4. Once client finishes paying successfully, the agent will receive a message that the call can start.
    5. Call starts on both sides.

In case you don’t see this behavior, please let us know.

    Hi,

I tried that and when I go check the agent side, it doesn’t appear any pop-up that I need to approve the client’s call. Though I haven’t set up PayPal. Do I need to have this first?

In order to receive payments, you will need to provide your paypal account. Our policy is to pass the transaction in 24 hours after payment has been transferred. Therefore, we need your paypal email in order to send you the money.

Hello. How many video calls can I make at one time?

    Plugin Author iharel

    (@iharel)

Multiple videocalls can happen concurrently at the same time from within the same website.
All these calls are private and isolated from each other.

Can you be a little specific? 20 video calls at once or 50 or 100? And what do you recommend the minimum parameters for hosting?

    (@iharel)

    >1000 calls at once. Hosting is on us. You just need to embed the script on your website…

It’s designed to be simple and hassle-free.

Is it possible to install the plugin only in a certain (selected) part of the menu of pages, so that the plugin works only in a selected part of the menu of web pages, or is the plugin installed automatically in the whole web?

    (@iharel)

Sure. It’s possible to install the plugin on certain pages or install it on all pages and then present the widget on certain pages (recommended).
In order to hide the plugin on certain pages, you’d need to set the “page matches” to the list of URLs that it will include.
Please note this feature is available on our Clever plan and above.
