Slow and refuse refund our money

We had beeketing for a trial period. The same day it was still in trial they charged money from our account, now they refuse to refund it beacuse we asked for a refund later than three days after. Great, right? So dont even try, it will slow your site as hell and they will steal your money for this crap from you!
