    hello,

every day my payments are incomplete. not a single one of them has succeeded. I’m losing a lot of money. I don’t know what to do. everything looks fine though.

And I trust your stripe checkout.

are my readers still a bit skeptical and I shouldn’t worry?
I missed 900 euros in donations this morning. I’m so confused.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @na1man

Using the Stripe.com hosted Stripe Checkout pages requires Stripe to create a payment record that is marked “Incomplete” until the payment has been completed. This record is generated right when the payment button is clicked on your website.

The Incomplete status does not mean anything is wrong, it just means that the payment session was abandoned. There are two things you can do to see fewer Incomplete records:

    1. View the “Succeeded” tab in your Stripe dashboard: https://dashboard.stripe.com/payments?status%5B%5D=successful

    2. Since you own a paid license, you can use an Embedded or Overlay form display type. These payments are completed on-site and no payment records are generated until card details are entered.

You’ve told me previously that you’ve tested the form yourself and everything worked. I also find no issues with the form.

I would suggest, as has been suggested to you multiple times, that you try one of our other form types.

    Regards,
