• Hello,

    I’ve just installed the plugin and am working through some image renames. There is an autocomplete icon that appears when the Phoenix rename input has focus which obscures the end of the filename (in my case the -1 that I am attempting to delete) and makes the process trickier than it needs to be. Would you be able to turn this off for the inputs please?

    Hi @michaelmartin73,
    the autocomplete function is related to your browser, I can disable the autocomplete function for the text fields used by Phoenix Media Rename but this would annoy the people who use autocompletion.

    Which browser are you using?

    Can you make a test using a different browser?

    Hello,

    Thanks very much for getting back to me so fast. Why would you want to autocomplete changing a filename? I get it if you are entering in an email address to a site or whatever, but not for changing filename because they have to be unique?

    I’m using Firefox latest version. I work on Firefox every day, so testing on another browser won’t really work in the long run for me.

    I released version 1.3.6 that change the autocomplete suggestion, let me know if you still have problems.

    I’ve updated and cleared cache/refreshed browser but it looks like the autocomplete icon is still there at the end of the input:

    I looked at your image and it doesn’t seem a problem related to autocompletion, do you have any browser extension installed?

    Can you make a test disabling all you extension to see if the issue still occour?
