Easy to use and no issues receiving emails

Issues with so many contact forms and not receiving emails, poor formatting of form for a website or very slow processing with a heavy burden on the website. Not here, VERY easy to set up, responsive, processes quickly with nice confirmation options and importantly no issues with configuration to quickly receive emails from contact form inputs. The only recommendation would be a non-refresh processing VS. screen refresh (Ajax I believe it is called).
